What am I buying?
A personalized digital scratch card or business scratch campaign. Recipients open a web link and scratch the on-screen cover to reveal your message or offer. These are digital experiences, not physical cards.
How do I create and send a personal Scratch?
Choose a design, add your hidden message, preview it, and complete checkout. Then share the link by text or email, or share its QR code.
Does the recipient need an app?
No. The recipient opens your link in a web browser and scratches with a finger or mouse.
Are personal Scratches a subscription?
No. Individual personal Scratches and the Variety Pack are one-time purchases. Business Starter and Pro plans renew monthly until canceled.
What is the difference between a personal invitation and a business campaign?
A $9.99 personal invitation reveals your message to guests. Business campaigns include tools for customer capture, reward claims, redemption, and basic campaign analytics. One-time business access costs $39 for 30 days from publication. RSVP management and guest reminders are not included.
Can I prepare a business campaign before paying?
Yes. Create your merchant studio and save drafts free. Choose paid access in Plans & billing when you are ready to publish. For one-time access, save and select a campaign draft first.
Is my shared Scratch link private?
Anyone who receives or is forwarded the link can open it. Shared reveals are excluded from search indexing, but a link is not password protection. Avoid confidential information in your message.
Where can I get help with an order?
Email scratchndiscoverteam@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Never send card details, passwords, or payment keys.
